Apply online from our New Clients page — it takes about 10 minutes. You upload a photo or PDF of your dog’s vaccination records right in the form, and we review everything before your dog’s first booking. You’ll get your Paw Print ID as soon as you submit. Prefer paper? The printable forms are on the New Clients page too, or call/text us and we’ll walk you through it.

Dogs must be up to date on their vaccinations, with proof (or titre testing) provided before the first booking. Please confirm the current requirements with us.

Yes. We know it can be hard to find daycare for an intact dog. For everyone’s safety, intact dogs are never placed in a group together.

Every dog is reviewed individually. Group placement depends on health, behaviour, temperament, compatibility and available safe-care capacity — vaccinations alone don’t guarantee acceptance.

Please keep unwell or injured dogs at home. After a communicable illness we ask for veterinary clearance before returning.

A balance of play and rest, indoors and across our four fenced outdoor areas, with a mandatory one-hour rest after each meal.

We offer large kennels, foldable kennels and exercise pens — and you’re welcome to bring a familiar kennel and blanket.

Not unless they’ve already been introduced and socialized with the pack. Safety comes first.

Best window 7:00–10:00 a.m. — dogs settle in before playgroups form. Last drop-off 11:00 a.m. — after that it counts as a half-day. Pick-up by 7:00 p.m. (closing).

Check in by 5:00 p.m. so your dog settles before night — earlier is better for first-timers; later by arrangement. A morning drop-off rolls into the first night — the night covers the day, no extra daycare charge. Checkout by 11:00 a.m.

Yes, after a short grace period. Daycare late pick-up — First 15 minutes: Free · 15 – 30 minutes late: $8 · Over 30 minutes late: $15. Boarding late checkout — First 30 minutes: Free · 30 minutes – 1 hour late: $8 · 1 – 2 hours late: $15 · More than 2 hours late: A daycare day applies. All visits are booked ahead. Running late? Call or text us so we can plan — late fees keep the evening calm for the dogs and fair for everyone.

We ask for 48 hours’ notice (72 hours during peak periods). Extended stays require a deposit up front.
